From Brussel to Amsterdam, use the web site of the Dutch Railways: www.ns.nl They have an English part.

There isn't a train going directly from Amsterdam to le Havre. You'll have to transfer in Paris.
Web sites: www.sncf.com if you speak french, I couldn't find an English part. By the way, even if you speak french it is difficult to find the part with itineraries.
Or for the part Amsterdam - Paris: www.ns.nl (in English)
