he probably doesnt care. and since hes really really really cute he may be used to girls telling him they like him so its no big deal to him. but i dont think he wants to go out with you.

He probably has a lot of girls that come up to him and tell him that. So you are one of many and he shrug you off. I have a hard time understanding that. Is that who do boys have to be cute for girls to date them. My son was not cute but he was an Electrical Engineer and made a good living and I could not get any one at work to date him. He found some one who could cook good and was 300 lbs over weight and married her, bought her a house and a car and they have a child. My son probably about 80 lbs over weight. I guess cute girls just want cute boys. Now one that will earn a living so they can stay home and raise children. So girl, open up your eyes and look around at the guys who are not so cute but are going to go to college and have good jobs.

He might have been playing it cool. "So you like me. So what? Of course you like me. All the girls like me." That kind of thing.
Now, the thing is, if this guy is really cute in your eyes, then he's probably really cute in a lot of other girls' eyes, too. He might be in a very strong negotiating position, where he doesn't have to take whatever comes his way. He can discriminate; he can pick and choose. And, since he shrugged, there's probably some other girl who is interested in him who he likes more. He probably isn't going to choose you.
Notice, though, that he was reasonably polite about rejecting you. He could have laughed in your face and said, "YOU!? I DON'T THINK SO!"

there are three possible answers 1.he doesn't think the same about you 2.he gets that a lot and it's normal for him or 3.he rele likes you and the fact that you just said he was cute made him rele happy but he wants to keep his cool

Obviously. Thats the thing with "cute guys" they think their all that when their really not. Just ignore him im sure theres someone whose dieing for you to tell them you like them :-)

If he shrugged that can mean one of two things:
1. he is not interested or
2. he got shy/nervous or embarrassed and didn't know what to say back to you â¥

first off let me ask. do like like him because hes amzing or because hes cute, because if its because he was cute, you deserve the shrug.

He is either used to it (is he? because then the shurg is a bad sign), or he just didn't know what to do. I know a friend whose crush flicked her head when she told him she liked him. He just didn't know how to react, at least your reaction is better then that. (They ended up going out).
