I don't think that you would look too overmade - but if you would like to lessen the amounts of foundation - try tapping a little into the lid and brush it on your face. If you have any imperfections just lightly cover it with your concealer brush. If this is still too much then I would actually mix some mineral veil in your foundation. To make your minerals adhere to your skin - use some moisturizer - wait about 10 minutes and then apply the foundation. It will lay on your skin and you don't have to keep applying until you get the coverage you desire.

I use bare escentuals and you swirl, tap and apply. With any mineral powder foudation.. use the MINIMUM and apply with a swirl to your face. If you need more coverage, apply again

you have to tap the excess "powder" from the brush before applying to your face... if you need additional coverage in a certain area, use the small concealer brush in the same manner... you also need to use the mineral veil... it sets the make-up in place and gives it that "natural" appearance... good luck beautiful!

You have to swirl ,tap and buff,use very little powder you can apply in layers .start with really really little base on brush and buff into skin.Check out Laura Gellers web site she is at qvc.com
