I would suggest a phrase that means "Let us make a stand together so that we may win together"

Conjuncti subsistamus ut una vincamus.

I have used different words to express "together" but you can repeat the same word, if preferred.
conjuncti = united by friendship
una = in company

The word "simul" relates to "together" in the sense of simultaneous, so I don't think it is appropriate.
"Let us stand" = "stemus" but it looks a little weak to me.

If you leave out "ut" and make two sentences, it comes closer to the way you have written the English. (Let us stand..let us win..). The Latin verb forms would be unchanged.

That's a stupid idea. In the USMC you are taught to spread out, or one hand gernade will kill all of you.
