I quit smoking. That was hard, but I wanted it really bad, made a plan, and did it.
I think I am done with it, but you can never be too careful with something like that.

for me it is definitely SELF-DOUBT. I can't seem to shake it. I try really hard to see the good in myself (I always can see it in others), but just can't. I always feel I am to blame for bad things around me. It is so hard and causes me so much heartache and illness (it eats at me and makes me physically ill).
But I wake up each day and try again to put it behind me and see the good in me.
