Eat healthy foods, use bar soap and let it soak in for a minute before rinsing and don't pop or touch ur zits and they will go away.

I worked for a dermatologist, and he have everyone samples of the olay products. i use them as well. I only know of products, but you should watch the things you eat to, maybe you eat thing that give you an acne reaction.
be careful with the soaps you use if you use them. use the soaps that easily dissolve in water, like olay, and caress.

try putting toothpaste on the zits over night and they should be gone in less than 24 hours. :)

alchole , drys the oils up that cause zits , wash your face like 3 times aday , dont eat chocolate

Go a week without drinking pop or anything with caffeine don't drink juice with acid it has to be be 100% fruit drink water and no chocalate no candy try it, it might work for you but only or a week and if it do stop you don't wanna start doing them thing again........GoodLuck

Try Clinique antibacterial bar soap..... It is really cheap ($10). And it works well. I have tried EVERYTHING.... even ProActive (which sucks). It is just a simple way to keep ur face germ free....without microdermabrasion and/or perscription pills!
