Go to your Mail and look for Options. Go to that and click on Extra Email Address. You can create an email ID that works with your existing ID.

You can only have 1 Yahoo Mail account per Yahoo ID
But you can get a new Yahoo ID to get another Mail account ( or just sign up for another mail service like GMail )

Go to Yahoo.com like you don't have an account and set up a new address and password like you did the first time, just make sure it is diffrent than your existing one.
