Help you what? If it's a standard procedure to wear a hair net at your job, you have to wear it. Are you asking how we can help it look good? Because there is no way to make a hair net look good.

Wear the hairnet as per company rules and regulation. No one can give you the exact method here on how to put it on properly. I believe, there will be a final inspection to be conducted by your immediate supervisor for all the crew before assuming/starting your job.
