Answer is simple...It's a crap movie..and in order to keep it goign for longer they couldn't just kill everybody after 10 minutes..
Although - it probably would have made an overall imporovement..
10minutes of screaming people
2minutes of plane crashing & exploding
100minutes of rescue working recovering dead snakes and people from burning wreckage, wondering what the hell went on..
I say the writers missed out on what would have been a much better story.

Aside from the fact that it is just a movie, snakes don't have an endless supply of venom and they don't always inject enough to be fatal to humans.

cos they got the ainti venem before they got the the dead stage some poison take 2seconds other can take a day. good film i laught all the way through esp at the bloke in toilet releaseing the dragon lol

I Imagine the snakes had their poison removed ..I mean imagine the insurance premiums !!!!..Probably used computer imagery as well for some of the scenes as well..

ony 50% of those bitten by poisonous snakes actually die. and its just a film!

There a different kinds of poison, not all kinds kill. Some can be treatable.
