The MIGHT make the playoffs becsause i think they have the right coach, but the DO NOT have the right QB, they have two very good runners and they need some one who can PASS, Mike V. is an outstanding athelete but as far as leading at team and passing, he isnt all that and he needs to be for them to ever think of a superbowl, it is proven in history that running qb's do not win superbowls or even many playoff games, how many superbowls did steve mcnair even go to? how many did randell cunningham go to? how man has donovan mcnabb go to? some of the the best athletes at qb and they never won one, and only went to 1 superbowl between them. Fran Tarkentan wa a running qb, went to 4 supers..how many did he win? zero, natta, none..doug williams, phill sims, jim mcmahon, tom brady, brett farve, troy aikman.pocket passers who led there team to many playoff wins and there are even more of course, and even Steve Young..yes he ran, but he was "mobile" not a runner, he also broke records in ratting and yards, not on the ground but threw the air...that is the facts.

Yes, they have a chance to make the playoffs. They will likely have to improve on the 8-8 record of last year to make the playoffs this year. I'm having trouble seeing them as a SB team out of the NFC, but could see them gaining a spot in the playoffs as a wild card.

The playoffs of course...the superbowl no, because this year this year a lot of teams are using cover two defense and plays designed to focus on run coverage among other things...also, Michael Vick is becoming to critical a player on that team to bank on...I dont believe their offensive line is disciplined enough to last all the way to the Super Bowl (or win it) due to the fact that Vick does not spend enough time in a pocket passing position and therefore allows his line to slack off.

There defense is relatively faster than last year, I will admit.

it'll be tough but it's possible. the team needs to be more consistent than last year. at times they looked like the team that made it to the NFC championship...others they looked like a team that couldn't do the little things.
