If you don't mind waiting for it to get through the mail, there are a whole bunch on Ebay. Most of them are less that $10 (and that's with the shipping included)!

Have you tried your local comic book store, I have seen them in several in Toronto in different comic book stores. check out your yellowpages for a comic book store near you.
