It looks like he was just trying to get out of Thailand...maybe in trouble there and going back to the USA was his only alternative and that explains his false confession. If so...what are your spins or theories on the Jon Benet case. Do you still think it was Patsy that did it??

I could care less. Millions of children get murdered every year in this world and they don't get this much attention.

He hasn't been released from custody. The case against him, for the Jon Benet Ramsey murder, has been dropped. He'll remain in jail in Colorado until he can be extradited to California to stand trial for the child porn charges he skipped out on a few years ago.

I think he's a very sick man that wanted to be in the spotlight. He has some real issues, but I didn't think he was the killer. Pedophile, yes, murderer, no. But I truly think the confession was to get him notoriety. He seems like a very disturbed individual that probably needs to be isolated from the general populace. Do I think Patsy did it? No, I really don't. I guess I leaned more towards the brother. Why? I believed it was a jealousy issue.

If he didn't do the crime then he shouldn't be a jail. Since he's not guilty of the crime but he admitted to it, that must mean that he knows something that might be relevant to the case.

That, or he's just plain crazy and feels guilty of a murder that he didn't commit.

If we locked people up for being attention seeking nutters then everybody at the Emmy's would be in trouble.

He's a pretty sick individual, regardless of his guilt/innocence in this matter. I hope they bill him the cost of that flight at the least.....
