I was wondering the same thing well 1.if you catch him looking at you. 2.if when he smiles he turns red or blushes(like not a normal smile) 3.watch out for those and if he does do those things flirt with him but take it slow and something will happen!*good luck*

Its really hard to tell. stay friends as friends from the opposite sex are hard to come by!!!
