No in the sense that the legislative results of the political wheeling and dealing that occurs are very real and not a game.

Yes in terms of the 'game' politicians have to play when making those deals.

Yes. A dirty game. In this dirty game rules don't make you to be honest. You can lie ; kill' arrest ; and do everything bad that you want any time. Nobody can tell you sth. I don't know why but everyone who gets to a higher places and rank during this game become a lier one. Even he had been the most honest one befor!
