As you guessed im a novice at the spirit world. Im not new to sixth sense abilitys just always Kept it among the living.

Why do you need a chat room?
Just go into meditation, wander around, and find yourself your spirit guide.
Come back into meditation often to talk with and visit your spirit guide, though.
It's simple.

I don't know about chat rooms, but have you ever read Sylvia Browne's books. I think you would find them interesting. She has a book called Contacting Your Spirit Guide. She talks about her own spirit guide in just about all her books. She is awesome!
