Someguy hacked 1750 wesbites today how do I report him?
Lets report him quick before he hacks your website.

More likely, he hacked *one* server that happened to host 1750 websites.
And if you heard about it already, the authorities probably have as well - is there any reason to think that they *didn't* hear about it (for instance, they were *your* websites, or some other reason to suspect it's not general knowledge already?)
