OK, bit wary about asking this, but here goes and it is genuine - sad to say.
I've never had a problem with premature ejaculation, quite the opposite. It's now got to the point where sometimes, I just can't and it's embarrassing and frustrating.
Yeah, I know, my partner (female) can have a great time, cos of course, I don't finish quickly, but I find I am avoiding it altogether as I can't deal with the feeling of "Here we go again" when everything else works but my body just won't ejaculate.
Please, I would appreciate some advice, rather embarrassed about going to see doctor about it.

My husband has this problem and it has ended up being one of the causes of our marriage ending. He has never been able to have an orgasm thru sex, only thru masturbation. It is frustrating and disheartening for me. He refuses to get help and so now, after being with him for almost 9 years, I can't even pretend to want sex with him

Go to the doctor... Get help... The only thing to be embarassed about is letting something like this ruin your relationship.

You must check out Jack Grave's "Ejaculation Guru" tutorial on how to stop premature ejaculation, check out his video here: http://www.ejaculationguru.tv

It explains how to end premature ejaculation for good. It’s basically a blueprint on how to develop natural control over your ejaculation. It actually reprograms your ejaculatory reflex so that you last longer without even trying.

It involves a combination of techniques, learning knowledge, and following a specific approach that attacks premature ejaculation from all three angles; the physical, mental, and hormonal. I was able to cure my premature ejaculation problem in only 2 weeks and I never had a problem again.

well i dont know if this may be the case but you might have started a new medication with delyed ejaculation as a side effect. i would go to the doctor just to see exactly what the problem may be. if he tells you its nothing serious than you may want to get on tantric sex or books on improving orgasms and controling ejaculation.

It could be a form of sexual dysfunction which can soon be corrected if you see a doc or if to embarrassed get a book on the subject. Personally I think it is you worrying about it to much that is causing the problem the more you worry the harder it becomes (no pun intended). Relax more and concentrate on the job in hand, if all else fails see a sex therapist.

Really think you should see the doctor, and don't be embarassed as (s)he will have seen and heard it all before.
Talk to your partner about it too, cos she needs to know how your feeling. If you've started avoiding it chances are she'll be thinking its something to do with her, or worse that you're getting it elsewhere. At least if she knows she won't worry about it so much.

My husband had this problem when he was on Cold medication. If you are not on anything then I suggest you see a doctor. And do not be embarrassed to ask them anything. They deal with all kinds of problems and since the invention of Viagra and Levetra the doctors have sexual questions all the time.
