Its basically for myspace, at work they dont allow me to access it, i tried those and they let me in but they dont let me log in.

Try using this website: http://www.hidemyass.com If that does not work goto http://www.yahoo.com and type proxy avoidance in the search box and click search. Most of these sites will be blocked by whatever is blocking you in the first place.
If you're being blocked by websense then goodluck, websense is the master.
