I think your talking about what is commonly referred to as pre_***. It's a liquid that comes out of a man prior to ejaculation. It can contain sperm, which is one of the reasons the pull out method of birth control is not highly recommended.
And the only dumb question is the one that you failed to ask. Hope this helps.

pre ejaculation happens all the time you have sex...you can get pregnant by that way too...
it does contain sperm but not as much as it would if he was to actually go...20-25% of women use this technique each year get pregnant...so just be careful....

Yes, it does have sperm in it and does happen everytime. Anytime a man is excited, a little bit will ooze out the top. It is clear and very sticky. It also tastes a little like come, but not quite as salty.

Check the latest research at Wikipedia. Pre-ejaculate doesn't contain sperm.

theres no way of knowing that it happens every time, but generally yes, yes there is sperm in it, and yes its real, and yes you can really get pregnant from it.

Sex if for making babies, as long as you have the peg in the right hole you can get pregnant. doesnt matter how, how long, or when its in there.

it is real...depending on the guy it happens or doesnt happen every time...usually doesnt. there are sperm in it but the count is much lower than the sperm count of semen
