You should take into consideration that traveling by train in one country is not the same as traveling by train in another country. Trains in Italy have the tendency to be a little late and many times overcrowded. In general it is very pleasant and you'll meet a lot of people just like you traveling around- they can give you the best tips. The cheapest way of traveling is by Euro-domino or Inter rail tickets. Enjoy your travel and have fun!

I recently travelled from London to Paris then took an overnight train to Barcelona.
I loved it!

You want to check out the Eurostar schedule.

Have a great time

Travel by train is easy, but is getting expensive. For the ease of travel, and comfort (most of the time), it is the way to go. Plan ahead for a long journey, and get the best price from a good agent.

I have had nothing but good times on a trains and they are pretty good too but the only thing is don't limit your self a time period because they are always late and or delays always, but i did have a great time and would do it again but don't be in a hurry.
