I'm Guessing Your About 12-15... If You Want To Raise Your STrenght Level Here Is A Tip.. Creatine Monohydrate... I Took It And Shot Up 30 lbs (Went From Being Lean To CHubby But Not Fat) But I Was Only Able To Bench 75 and After That (a 4 Month Period) I Shot Up Benching From 75-125... The After Fact About It Is You MUST Burn The Fat After... HARD WORK but Well Worth It!!!

its not a good work out, they're diffrent groups.try bench-militery press (shoulders )one day, then curls and tricept extension the next ,use light weight then increase the weightas by 5 lbs as it gets easier.(theres nothing that will throw your work out off more then pulling something) but you should see results in 3weeks to 1month stick with it good luck

RUN to your nearest bookstore, buy a copy of Body For Life.

READ IT. Cover to Cover.

DO IT. Everything it tells you.

You're program is greatly lacking. If you don't want to buy the book, at least visit their website:

http://www.bodyforlife.com

Also, visit:

http://www.bodybuilding.com and read in the forums, and the 100's of great articles.
