My sister grew breasts from about the age of 13, but didn't get her period until she was 18. Not everything develops at the same rate, so no need to fret. Not everyone develops every element of puberty at the same uniform rate, variety is normal. You're normal, trust me.

just wait... it might be in your genes too! I was the same way and now i am a 36 C!
I started "everything" when i was 12 and it took about 2 years for my boobs to develope. If your mom has a smaller shect then u might take after her.

Don't worry about it. Everything on everybody- develops at different times & different rates of speed. And like MOST things in life- it happens fastest when you're too busy with other things- to notice! Give it time.

girls develop at different paces, some develop really early, while others develop later in their teen years, so well just wait, you'll start to see something growing. And well don't worry about it so much, I mean whatever you get, you get. Your still 13 plenty of time to grow

it might be in your genes if your mother has small breasts, then that might be the same for you, but maybe you could also be a late bloomer
