(Pizza??? ewwww...)
My home made meatloaf is SO delicious straight out of the oven, and even more delicious cold and sliced thick on a sandwich the next day. And...my pasta salad is SO delicious when it's made, and even more delicious after it's chilled and the flavors have settled into all the nooks and crannies. Hot mashed potatoes are delicious when made, and make the most delectable potato pancakes the next day. Pineapple Upside Down Cake is sooo good when it's fresh, but even better after it soaks up some of that sweet juice.

Pizza always tastes better the next day! So does Chinese food.. although it could just be because you're more hungry the next day :)

Chili, by far.
In fact I am going to enter a chili contest this year. I am going to make it a day in advance and let the flavors gel together.
