It is working fine, but I was wondering if there is anything I might have broken on the inside that may be a silent kiiler?

It should be okay, but you may want to invest in a replacement warranty if it ever does break. Some services even offer ways to store your call list in the event that you break your phone and loose all of your call list stored on your phone.

Well, there's the radiation suppressor that keeps the waves from cooking your brain when the phone is up to your ear...

just kidding. Nothing inside can cause you more damage than you'd normally get from sustained radio transmissions that close to your head.
