Awww.... You could definitely be getting your period. There are different times in a woman's cycle where she feels "wet" down there. The fact that you are starting to have some wetness probably indicates that you are becoming a mature woman physically. You may have had cramps from gas, but it could very well have been pms cramps, especially if they keep coming back. If they went away after a short while, it was probably gas, especially if you experienced flatulence. (Did you have to fart?) A lot of people get lower back aches and headaches right before their period arrives as well.

Everyone gets their period in a different way. Usually when mine starts, I go pee and it's there when I wipe. Some people don't know and bleed right through their panties and pants. Some people bleed and wake up with a mess in their bed.

If you think you may be starting your period, you may want to wear a thin maxi pad or panty liner just in case. If your cramps hurt, you could take some Advil or Tylenol and try a nice hot bath or shower.

Getting your period can be scary... or at least overwhelming... Is there an older sister, cousin - or could you talk to your mom. It's very natural and there is nothing to be ashamed of. Good luck, sweetie.

When your body ovulates, there is a discharge that makes you feel wet. It is kind of stretchy. If you had some on your first finger and thumb, rub them together then pull your fingers apart, it stretches from one to the other. That's normal because it is what helps the sperm make it to the egg better. It's a normal part of the monthly cycle.

Some women have cramps off and on the week before their period starts (PMS). The discharge at ovulation is about 2 weeks after your period OR 2 weeks before your period would start (since you said you've not had one yet). Then a week or so later you might have some cramps, fatigue, be moody or grouchy or cry a lot, feel bloated. That's PMS. Then the period starts. Maybe it will be soon.

You cant make youself get your period, its up to your body and hormones.

It sounds like you're probably entering into the next phase in your life as a woman. You might start your period soon, or you might jsut have discharge for a while until you do.

Its quite common, and most women do have discharge which is heavier during the middle of their cycle (usually about the time theyre ovulating). Some women are just naturally 'wetter' than others.

You should probably wear panty liners during the times that you feel your the wettest. It'll also help you if you start your period and dont realize it. Just dont wear them every day, since they keep that region from drying out, and the built up moisture can lead to a yeast infection and screwy pH.

Welcome to womanhood... or atleast one step closer.

well you are probably experience your first sign of being pregnant. You said that your underwear is really smelly at the end of the day, do it also have wet spot or any other wet looking things? Period can happen anytime and there not a time when you can say you want a period. I can tell you it is not fun having a period during school time. Regarding being pregnant, it is not possible to get pregnant without having your period. You have to have a stable period before you actually get prenant

if you're experiencing really bad cramps it may be a sign that you'll get your period soon. but soon may not be in the next day or two or even the next week or two. if your underwear have sort of a foul smell at the end of the day that may be something you need to see a doctor about. you shouldn't have a foul smelling discharge or odor unless there is some type of bacterial infection. it may be a bad verison of yeast infection. if you're sexually active, it may be an std that you need to get checked out. some of the ways you can get are period are just like your friend did, or you may notice a little tiny bit of blood in your underwear or when you wipe or you could actually feel the blood dripping if your period is heavy. when you first get your period it could last for one day and be very light or it could last for a couple of days. its really hard to tell.

That happened to me, and I got my period just a couple days after. It's always different for every girl, there is no way to get your period, it just comes when it is time.
