I have a 1962 Rambler America Wagon,the passenger side breaks are locked and won't free up no matter what I try,any suggestions?

spray wd40 where the drum touches the axle, then tap on it with a hammer. There might be an adjuster on the bottom behind the brake drum that can release pressure of the brake shoes also.

Try cutting the retaining pins that hold the shoes in place. Back off the self adjuster with a screw driver. There is a hole behind the dust shield shaped like on oval. hole may have rubber cover over it. Good Luck. If you already have the drum off replace the brake cylinder.

a big hammer hit it all the way around the drum hit it hard the shoes frozen to the drum had to fix this on many car in the past even my 55 chevy that i still drive

Also, try Liquid Wrench, or another penetrating oil, of that nature..

thats a easy one just cut the break lines and go whee!! over a cliff noe have a safe landing with your old beat up clunkerr therre hons!!
