For the throat use honey and freshly squeezed lemon. Drink it but hold it in your mouth alittle bit to let the lemon "do its job". Good luck.

P.S. I forgot...you have to mix them together very well...

I get sore throats and stuffy noses a lot.. I would usually just drink hot tea and wait for it to heal...

but if it doesn't heal for a long time, drink some medicine and make sure to drink enough orange juice (vitamin C) And get lots of rest and sleep :D Good luck :)

motrin/tylenol for the sore throat, an antihistamine for the stuffy nose. A new furnace filter in your furnace would help (should change then every 3 months ALL YEAR LONG)

use vicks chloroseptic spray in the back of your throat and then take some sinus pill or something to help with the stuffy nose. also if you having trouble breathing when you sleep get some vicks vapor rub and put it right under your nose, it will open it up.

My friend swears by this! I tried it... and well... was kinda turned off but it worked!

Take two tablespoons of olive oil and put them in the back of your throat and swallow! I know it sounds awful but it is and old wives tale that seems to work!

I hope you feel better!
