Can anyone help with what does this dream means?

I had a dream I was at my ex's house (wierd situation in real life we're still seeing each other with an arrangement we wont see other people, because we're still seeing each other?) any hoo, In my dream I was at his house with him, & his ex girlfriend from years ago appeared from his living room, (who I have never met before), she was upset because she said she had been spreading rumours about me or us.... She apologised & gave me a hug.... It was kinda wierd because it was like she'd been just sitting in the living room the whole time.

Next thing I think it may have switched to another dream, I remember looking out the window & there was a war in the driveway, & all these soldiers were getting attacked, I had a gun but we weren't allowed to shoot anyone, we just had to let it play out it's course, in the end 11 people survived....

Kinda random dream, does anyone know if this means anything? Is the ex girlfriend showing up a sign I should just call it all off? hrm...

Hey, Im no expert but out of interest i have read about dream interpretations and i can give you my opinion.

The fact that this boy's ex showed up in your dream and gave you a hug indicates a resolution. I don't mean between the 2 of them - it could actually just represent the fact that you feel this arrangement with your ex has resolved your problems with him.

Now, the second part of the dream, i feel, has a link to the first dream. Think about it. There is a war going on - you can see it but there is nothing you can do. This represents the fact that in your current situation, you may be feeling quite trapped. You have all the information you need (ie: you had a gun) but you are not making a decision (you werent allowed to shoot)

Your dream is not telling you whether or not to break up with your boyfriend. That is a decision you need to make yourself. This situation has obviously got you a little confused in life - it doesnt sound like the healthiest relationship to be in with someone if you love them.
