It's not about being a "bad girl" or a "good girl", it's all about personal style. I like a woman for who she is, mostly, but a really well done tattoo will certainly catch my eye and possibly open the door to start a conversation.
I myself am pretty heavily tattooed, and fully understand the stereotypes that more close minded people want to put on you. Do what makes you happy, don't do it for a guy, remember that it's there for the rest of your life.
By the way, top of the foot? Incredibly sexy. =o)

No, if your not sexy, your not sexy. But sexiness is a ready state of mind. Yo babe a soft touch will go a lot farther than that tattoo When a man gets to the shoes, he's already past the art.

I don't find tattoos on girls attractive at all, but if you absolutely have to get one, I suppose the top of the foot is a lot better than the tramp stamp on the lower back, etc.

It depends on the tattoo and the guy. For me, if it's just some random image(s), then no, but, if it were like one of those intricate patterns like you see done in henna or maybe some kind of celtic knot design, that could look really cool. And sexy.

I dont know but I would think they would like around the ankles. Something cute. Dont put tattoos for guys. Put what you want to see when you are 80 years old.
