In the early 90s, Congress spent $20 million on a study to determine if women took longer in the bath or restroom, than men. As a result of this study, certian changes were ordered in basic restroom design. Now some 15 years later, do you think women now take the same amount of time as men in the bath or rest room?

I would think you mean public restrooms. I haven't seen any changes. There may be more of them, but finding a clean stall is an adventure...
At home, of course women spend more time in the bathroom.
Why do men complain about this anyway? Do you not want us to look our best for you? This takes time.
Men don't curl their hair or put on make up or touch up during the day.
Men just do the 3 S's and they are on their way.

Actually that is not the case. All of these studies for retarded crap is just a cover up for the cash.
Where do you think they got the money to research develop and build the Stealth fighter and bomber?
They didn't go to congress and say we would like all this money for R&D of a secret plane...
Then the word would be out and Russian spies would be working on getting the info.

No, the bathroom is one of their hobbies. My old lady will just hang out in there for hours. She buys hair dye, then has a really hot cool looking hairstyle, and the very next day changes it. I didn't even get a chance to have sex with her while she looked like the chick from "The Fifth Element" only with bigger boobs.
