Easy. Read the costs on the payphone. Enter the quarters/change in the amount it directs you to enter then dial area code and number. How simple!!?!?!?!?

when you use a pay phone there is a guide on how much you will have to pay per minute to connect to a cell phone...if no guide try dialing the cell and usually you will be informed on how much to pay
