Water is our solvent for many things ,but need to teach u that all these chemicals are not hazardous. How about HCL . what u can do with this. there is a basic material caustic soda . if u mix it with the acid and use litmus paper to see that u mix it to a PH 7. Can u dump it in the river,YES it is nothing but salt water. This is the way mother nature does it. U can have many chemicals mixted together and at PH 7 there is little to no danger of the pollution.
