Did you eat something dark green in color? Like spinach? Do you have polyps? Sometimes little blood specs will make their way through - don't worry about it - was the color normal besides that?

You could have a gastrointestinal bleed, you need to consult your doctor. It could be something you are eating, but this could be a sign of something serious. Not something to take lightly. Call your doctor.
