God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

It depends. If by "change" you mean something like a magical change that would alter you in a way that would otherwise be impossible, then no, I wouldn't alter anything because I'm content with my imperfect self. I wouldn't dare change anything because if I did, how could I be sure that it wouldn't mess up something else that was fine before the change? For example, if you made an improvement to yourself, how could you safeguard yourself from becoming too proud? Now you've got an internal problem that's even harder to deal with!

But if you're talking about the kind of change that you have to work for, then most definitely yes, I'd modify lots of things. Do what you can to become the person you want to be but accept what you can't change.

I s'pose I'd better establish some credibility first. I'm neither a cocky stuck up snob or a truthfuly good Christian, nor am I more honest or more of a fibber than the next bloke. I am a Christian, I do try to be as honest and truthful as I can, but then maybe thats one of my faults. I would not change my life at all. Not that its all good, its not. But its not all bad either. I tend to have a positive outlook and just to find out about tomorrow, I would not be dead for quids. I dont think I look particularly good, but my wife thinks I'm spunky, bless her. I would not change it. Why? Well what if I stuffed it up and got a great face and bod and cool life (from the outside) that really was not that cool at all. Thats it, the unknown about making those changes. In the end I think you would end up with another life with other good, bad and mediocre things in it that you would have to live through. Why would you want to do that to yourself??!

I'm old , fat, ugly, and would not change for anything. Who wants to go through all that I did when I was younger, again? I am very happy the way things are now.
