Yes.
And I will add, "it" and "I" are one and the same. Not only do I love my body, I recognize that I am not apart from it. I am my body; my body is me; consciousness and subjectivity are physiological processes; the body, the mind, and the spirit are one.

Yes. A body is a wonderful thing to have. It's amazing what it can do if it gets reasonable care and practice. And the more it is used the better it gets (at whatever it's being used for). I'm not a health / diet/ exercise nut, but I pay attention to it and do my best for it.
Mine is 65 now but I wouldn't trade it back for my 18 year old body if I could!
The key is, use it in all its aspects and it will reward you accordingly.
If the body has problems that don't allow this there is still the mind, which works the same way.

YES! I could just marry myself! Lol
Although, sometimes I wish I was a little bigger in the chest area, but I don't stress too much about that.
