That is not a good time to travel to Massachusetts. As a Bostonian, let me tell you winters there are cold as hell and if you're on the cape you're going to find that you will rarely leave the house. The wind is extremely bitter and temperatures can reach the negative double digits. Blizzards are the norm. Sometimes the air can be so cold that its a health hazard to go outside because the air in your lungs might freeze. Now, if you're from a place with a similar climate you should be ok. But, if you're not used to that type of weather you're going to find the Cape a bit unbearable during the winter unless its a mild winter. Good luck.

Okay all this people dont even know what they are talking about the summer is 80s and the fall is 60s - 70s and winter is like 30s - 40s and spring is 50-60. I know this cause i live in hyannis on the cape. But the water is the reason why it is cooler

NOT the best time of the year to go! Count on it being cold & windy almost every day; with occasional windy rainstorms- that'll whip right through you. Snow around Christmas- is usually not a big issue, but it can happen. So let me be the FIRST to wish you & yours- a VERY Happy Holidays! :)

Very cold, around freezing. You'll be on the water, so you won't get much snow, but they'll be possibly a wintery mix (snow, sleet, hail, rain all mixed together, LOL). And a LOT of wind!

it is freezing. once i went during July and I was wearing a fleece jacket for like the wohle time.
