I have an old Chinese off-brand 2-stroke 49cc scooter I've put a pipe on, chamfered the ports and tuned with a better carb and I am averaging about 102-mpg, but the thing tops out at only 43mph with my fat butt- over 55 though with an "average" sized individual, so not too bad.
I've heard of some other 49-60cc 2-stroke scooters getting over 120-mpg, but they are REALLY slow.
