Did you go to your control panel for Add/Remove programs and delete ONLY the privacy program? You have to unclick the other itmes and just leave the check on the PRIVACY.

The McAfee Internet Security Suite has 4 programs:
1.McAfee Virus Scan
2.McAfee Personal Firewall Plus
3.McAfee AntiSpam
4.McAfee Privacy Control

The solution to disable the McAfee Privacy Control is:
Just uninstall the whole program (McAfee Internet Security Suite) and install it again without the McAfee Privacy Control (which means you must install the antivirus, firewall and antispam manually.)
