for a "violation in an answer" !!!! What is that about???? All I responded to the question was that he was reported !!!!!!!

As it turns out..... answering " reported" is a violation of the rules and guidelines !!!! So with that ... the took away 9 points. !!!! >8(

I guess because you disclosed some confidential info about that guy.They might have just considered that guy's remark as an opinion. But to lose 9 points, that's unfair. Take it up with yahoo answer team and complain. It's the principle. I replied to an innocent legitimate question. It was chosen as best answer. They yanked it off stating that question was in violation. So I guess I lost 10 pts. Oh well. Easy comes, easy go. I also reported some guy for insulting me and his answer wasn't appropriate for the question asked. He's still around. Gotta read those fine prints and rules. Might not make sense but nevertheless, guidelines.

btw, who cares... What are you gonna do with those 9 points you lost, they are worthless. Just answer 5 more questions and you got them back.
