First, you gotta prep them. Use acetone, and scrub them til it takes off the clearcoat.
Use acrylic paint, but add a textile medium.

why would U paint them....leave them white or black...but if u must do like me and go to the mall and get ur'e name spray painted on them.

first sand them with sandpaper, rub with degreaser, and then apply some spray paint.
