I think my brother does. As far as dealing with it, very difficult. Some days you could level with him by just talking through things and just taking things at face value. Other times he is out of control and it's just a matter of letting him calm down on his own.

i think my husband might have a split personality,sometimes he has horns and sometimes a holo,but mostly horns
