Despite what we all are told by the media, there is not really any such thing as different human "races."
That idea happened when the Dutch and Portugese began trading frequently by boat. The races we use today correspond with the end of their trading routes. When people travelled by land they moved so slowly that they only saw the gradual change in people's appearances as they travelled - the idea of "races" never occurred to them. When sailors got on a boat for 3 months and then got off on a completely different continent - hey! Look how different everyone looks!! Check out the most famous ancient world traveller - Marco Polo - he never mentions races at all.
I mean really, what race would someone be if one set of grandparents was native american and Dutch and the other was Japanese and Nigerian? It's silly. Plus, if we were really different races we, scientifically speaking, would not be able to interbreed.
Having said all that, I think the Samoans would win. You ever seen a small Samoan? Damn!
