Well, sometimes what you say may and can have effct on everyone in a certain room. Some things are out of line, while others hurt a popular person in the group. But this isn't really a question, it's more of a statement.

Nope. At that point you have everyones full attention. So use that time creatively to completely screw with their heads. Like maybe a moon perhaps. Or bust out one of your friends for something stupid. Have fun with that moment

i have the same problem all the time i have silent but violent farts all the time and everyone knows its me so everytime i do one everyone stops talking and gives me evils

Its one of those cringe worthy moments. But....you live on telling it to your mates in the pub for weeks afterwards and laughing about it with them so its not all bad :))
