OH PLEASE! What does a 15 yr old know from heart break? Hey, if you want the guy that goes to another school, be his girlfriend. But also leave yourself open for other boyfriends. Since when does having a boyfriend mean you're "married" to the guy??? Your friends are jealous and trying to get you to do something you don't want to do. Just blow it off and do what you want. Just depends on how you feel. Distance don't' mean nothing as I use to live in San Antonio and I met my wife on the net and she lives in Dallas. You make the choice as how long is to long. I don't really know what you are getting at in asking is 6 months to long. Do you have friends that go to the same school he does? Do you feel that he is going out with different girls? I remember having a girl friend that went to another school and it was hard because we never really seen each other except maybe once a week, at square dancing lessons, lol. She ended up meeting another guy and called me telling me about him. It hurt as there was nothing I could do about it but I got over it. So just be ready if you do decide that 6 months isn't to long and know your still young and there are plenty of fish in the ocean. Take care and have a Blessed Day. SMILE!

The folks telling you this are probally right. Your still very young, give life a chance before you commit to anything. What's the big hurry? Learn what love is before you do something stupid.
