What type of disaster are you talking about ? Earthquake, tornado, flood, hurricane, volcanic eruption, thunder storm , landslide, etc.

The only place I think it is disaster resistant for all is the military base for the nuclear attack in the Nebraska. The one president Bush hide when 911 strike ?!

It depends on what type of disaster you want to prevent. Different types of disasters affect different properties of your house. If you want to prevent storm damage, you might not be able to prevent earthquake damage. But if you want to protect against earthquakes, it might not protect against wind and fire, etc.

Build it in a mountain like the Chyenne Mountain complex which house Norad. Since their closing the place down we can renovate it and live there
