No, the whole world is. Even in the middle east. You just don't hear about it. Europe is the same as in all 7 continents.

Actually its not half as bad as most foreign countries...compared to them we are PG13 rating!! Look at the Spanish TV shows or even Spanish news girls...hubba,hubba....I never knew news was sooo goood!!! But really.....we have it easy in comparison to Europe or Asian countries. Besides this we are nice and fluffy.....

It is because of perverts and it is human to have sex...
also we are one of the less sexual contries, there are soo many out there where instead of WANTING sex they Rape or the women are ment to pleasure men. Be thankful
