I want to install an automatic Transmission in 1989 Bronco II. Which transmission would be best? What would all have to be done to complete this swap?

the transmission choice is yours depending on what your doing with the vehicle but YOU HAVE TO GET A 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRANSMISSION. other than that its relatively simple, shifter, trans cooler, flex plate, and the much needed bolts. if you want to just go auto trans then find a bronco 2 that was automatic and take everything from the flexplate all the way back to the transfer case and you shouldnt have to worry about the driveshaft

You'll need a boatload of money and a lot of time. It's not worth it.
