ok i wanna do backflips and splis but people say i am not limber enough,what does that mean?

Limber= Flexible....i take gymnastics, you need to strecth everyday and keep going down into the splits as far as you can (DONT FORCE IT) dont hurt yourself you should do something to warm your body up like jogging, jumping jacks,etc., try to lay on your back on the floor and push yourself up into a back bridge....before you get a backflip you have to learn to do walkovers and limbers(back and front)---
you gotta make sure that your arms are strong so dont forget push ups& try some hand stands too(try to hold it for at least 3 seconds)

Limber means to be flexible. To get flexible try stretching atleast once everyday and doing your splits and heel stretches and they will just get better and better! Trust me!

To do the flips, you really don't need fliexibility. Strength is the most important thing. Working out your legs and abs will help a lot. Like doing squats and calf raises (so you can jump high and rebound) and doing sit ups (to help your core strength)!

limber simply means flexible. To do your splits you need to be flexible. However, you do not need to be flexible at all to do a backflip (just brave and strong -- you need to jump high and then pull your body around real fast).

I suggest trying some Yoga to make you more limber. It will definatly help the flexiblity of your muscles.

you got to try to do the splits all the way down every day then you will get it or start doing gymnastics
