Before you go any further, it wouldn't be a bad idea to talk to either a good friend, a relative, your spouse (or significant other), or a therapist. I would probably speak with the latter in addition to the others if available because it would help you to relieve some of the stress you're going through and to educate you on different and better coping skills.

yOU JUST HAVE TO MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF ANYWAY YOU CAN. lEAVE THE KIDS AND GO DO ANYTHING FOR YOURSELF. iT IS HARD TO REALLY ANSWER THAT IN DETAIL BECAUSE i DON'T KNOW IF YOU ARE A SINGLE MOM, HOW OLD YOUR KIDS ARE . fACTORS LIKE THAT MAKE IT HARDER TO TAKE A BREAK.. mY MOM RAISED 6 OF US, AND i REMEMBER DAYS WHEN SHE JUST LEFT IN THE CAR A ND WENT DRIVING AT NIGHT WHILE dAD WATCHED US BECAUSE SHE WAS SO STRESSED OUT ALSO SHE WOULD JUST GO IN HER ROOM AND PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR THT SAID mOM IS NOT HERE RIGHT NOW (IN OTHER WORDS GO AWAY) AND SHE WOULD READ OR DO SOMETHING ELSE TO RELAX.. aND IF ALL ELSE FAILS TRY TO LAUGH IT OFF OR JUST SCREAM INTO A PILLOW OF GET A PUNCHING BAG AND BEAT THE HELL OUT OF IT. Have you tried to have fun with them? sometimes you may need space, Do you have any one who can take them for a hour or two? Do you have someone to talk to? You have got to learn how to relax, try and do somethings that you like, Get them out of the house, take them to the park, after lunch, then take them home, for a nap, and you relax,

you need to take a break, take a hoyt bath or get out for awhile or out on town one nite it does do ya good all parents go nuts and want to tear out their hair but gotta have a break like they do us and if they arent listenin and stuff maybe seek help in their behav. problems we all need help some time and dont want to wait till too late good luck and take a day for your self
