it is always a good idea to have a resume. even if you have like nothing on it, it shows that you are responsible. just put what high school you graduated from/are going to, if you have any college experience. any jobs, volunteer work, internship experience. plus they need your contact info, and you can put that at the top. if you need help putting it together feel free to email me. it depends on the place how many people will interview you

Is always good to have a resume, it looks proffesional, no matter for what job it may be, some companies do group interviews, or 1 on 1.
Just be confident and you'll do great.

Yes, you should make a resume. Yahoo can help you make one through hotjobs. Id recommend that over monster.com. Remember to dress nice even if all your doing is turning in your application.
Only one person should interview you depending on job.

making a resume is very important,
I would suggest you take some professional help (for FREE) from MS word which has inbuilt resume templates for making your resume.
You can also follow the step-by-step instruction to make your free resume, using the resume builder provided with MS office.

write down any education or other life skills that will be of help for that particular job. a character reference of yrself as well. read more tips on interviews and career on this site

If its your first job you could probably get away with it. But you should try and do one anyway. Do this by highlighting hobbies, clubs that you are involved in and your interests.

Yes you should have a resume.
You can list your education, interests (like any sport you have played etc) and skills (such as Beginner Microsoft Word, typing speed etc).
